  3. Prices charged for purchases on this website may be different from those charged in our stores.
  4. The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
  5. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.

PURCHASE & CANCELLATION
  1. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Ceylonging, you will be shown (on the website) the charges including taxes, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges.
  2. Once you have selected a product that you wish to order, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
  3. Until the time when we accept your order, we reserve the right to refuse to process your    order and you reserve the right to cancel your order.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order it fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

RETURN/REFUND
  1. The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline +60 11 5407 5286 at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
  2. Refund/Replace is only available when valid original receipt is provided.
  3. If you detect the product, you received is expired/damaged/incorrect, inform our customer service within 7 days after delivery and we will process new product resend or refund within 30 days of the original purchase of the Contract.
  4. Items returned for a refund will be refunded at the price paid when you ordered.
PAYMENT TERMS
  1. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Online Bank in. Please note that we do not receive cash on delivery.
  2. All product prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  3. To provide secure online commerce transactions, we employ Internet’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it would not be read as the information travels over the Internet.   4. The Company may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and reserves the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.
  5. Full payment for an order must be made upon delivery of the order. If not, the order will not be proceeded.
  6. The Company reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Note: There is no delivery during Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday and Selangor State Holiday)
  1. We aim to deliver the Purchase to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order via the service of a courier service.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the Company immediately of any change to their delivery address.
  3. We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
  4. Once you receive the order you shall examine your purchase for any deficiencies or damages before sign for the delivery.
  5. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address also we may take an additional charge for out of service areas such as islands, hills and remote areas.
  6. You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the Product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
  7. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
    1. charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
    2. no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you.
  8. We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
FORCE MAJEURE
  1. The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.
JURISDICTION
  1. These Terms of Use and your use of the Website (and all non-contractual relationships arising out of or connected to it or them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia to settle any dispute which may arise under these Terms of Use.
