Organic Coconut Sugar is made from the sap of the coconut tree, which is harvested from the flower blossoms of organically grown coconut trees in the tropical island of Sri Lanka. The sap is collected and heated until the water is evaporated, then dehydrated to form sugar blocks or crystals, which are then turned into golden-brown sugar. Our coconut sugar is a natural sweetener with a milky, sweet taste and a dark, golden colour that has a fresh tropical aroma.
